New Heater Core!!
Well after having my heater hoses pinched off all summer I finally got my new heater core in. A day late of coarse!! Yesterday the job I was on was a complete white out. Worked for a few hours, got back in my pickup soaking wet and had to drive home an hour and a half with the A/C on to keep the windows from fogging up
The only issue I had was getting the old one out. I finally gave up and cut the tubes off with a sawsall
. I know it may not be the most gracious way to remove it, but it worked!! New one went in fine.
Gotta give reps to parts guy Ed for getting a new core out to me so quick! Ordered it Friday and it showed up this morning. Just went for a test drive and it was nice to have warm are blowing!!
