U wont see to many 2wd trucks of this era with body lifts. The column mounts directly to the steering box with only a rag joint coupler.
A body lift would require a modification to make up the difference in length. Not too many aftermarket companies want this liability or risk. There is no adjustment here, and no way to make up the space after the body is moved.
Shifter linkage modifications and such are also a requirement, but not near as critical as steering.
