Engine Miss
78 f150 4x4 just start having a miss. Has run rough when cold for quite a while, but now it runs rough even after warm, and when warm and under load it will miss some. Vacuum test shows 17 steady. Plugs are two years old, but probably less than 1000 miles.
Also, should the distributor be getting vacuum at idle, b/c I disconnected the distr. vacuum to hook the gauge up to it an it read "0" at idle. Just curious.

That's correct, otherwise you would be bringing in all your vacuum advance at idle, not where it's needed.
