Changing oil pump

Haha, I just posted about having to change mine 
As I was perusing the manual for an '89 F250 a minute ago it says to drain the coolant, pull the radiator, and pull the motor mount bolts.
Jack up the truck and put it on jack stands. Jack up the motor with block between the oil pan and jack so you don't ding the pan, and place a 1" block between the block and the motor mounts.
Let the motor down, then pull the pan bolts. Pull the oil pick up tube, lay it in the pan, and remove the pan. Might have to rotate the motor so the crank counterweights clear the pan.
That's what it says for my truck, probably similar to yours but somebody who knows for sure will probably post here in a bit.
I'm thinking if I'm diligent about it I can have the whole deal done in about 3 hours, not counting the time it'll take me to go get the pump and pan gasket.

felpro blue one piece gasket is a good one to use.
do an advanced search in this forum and you will get a bunch of hits as this has been covered hundreds of times.
here are some tips:
radiator shroud needs to be removed.
trans mount bolts need to be removed and trans jacked up.
