Question about a lean code on 2002 F150
Went over this evening and hooked my scanner up to my bosses 02 F150 supercrew 4.6l. The truck is running really rough and the idle is rough also. Seems to be using a lot of gas. I can't remember the exact code but it was Lean bank 1. But the engine seems to be running really rich. My scanner has a monitor mode and I put it on that and all 4 O2 sensor show not to be working. It just started this problem today just all the sudden. It shows that all the heaters on the o2 sensors are on. But all four are setting at .0020 and .0000 not showing any movement at all. Could all four O2 sensor go bad at the same time or is there something else causing this problem?

No I did not check the PCV elbow. I'll take a look at it on Monday at work when I see him again. I'm not real familar with the modular engines. Where is the PCV located on these motors.
