I see that now, Good Job!

The starter relay fixed the cranking issue, it will turn over with the key now. I checked the voltage today at one injector today it was showing 14V . I will check more tomorrow

OK you say you have power at the red wire at the injector so that means your PCM Power relay is working. You also said the plugs were firing so the Ignition system is working.

So that leaves fuel, you say the plugs are dry but you heard the fuel pump kick on.
Now we need to know if the fuel is at pressure at the fuel rail or if the injectors are being grounded by the computer.

Do the fuel pumps run all the time the key is on with the engine not running?

We can put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail and ground pin #6 of Self-Test connector and turn on the key and see if we have enough fuel pressure.
Or we can also put a noid light on an injector and see if it flashes while you crank the engine.
We need to do one of these two test from above or find out if the fuel pumps run all the time to know where to go next.

To test, just disconnect the fuel injectors, plug the Noid Lite into injector wiring harness then crank the engine. Normal voltage is indicated by flashing light.

Noid light is flashing, does anyone think there may not be enough pressure in the fuel rail? Fuel pump does not run all the time.

The fuel pump shuts off by a timer and not pressure.
Put a fuel pressure gauge on it and see what you have with pin #6 of the self-test connector grounded and the key on. This makes the fuel pump run all the time the key is on for testing.

You certainly couldn't blow through them. Nobody could....

It is rare for all of the injectors to go bad. In fact, I have never heard of all the injectors going bad.

I may have a good set here I could give you. I'd have to go look and see if I still have them....or maybe gave them away. I'll look in the morning, as it is dark now and there is no light in my crappy garage.

Sounds like low fuel pressure.
You say the noid light flashes so the computer is firing the injectors.
You say the plugs are dry.
I do not buy all the injectors are bad, you can fire an injector with a 9 Volt battery for a test. It should click when you put the battery on and take it off.
You should have put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail before taking all of the injectors out.

Hey Tops... I figured I might say... I agree with subford, on all his posts...

If your sure, the injectors are bad,Summit sell all 8 in a kit, they are high flow, and only $199.95. Hole lot cheaper then 55 or 60 each.

Also, You might not only check the rail pressure, but the fuel filter, or for any garbage in your tank, if the truck has sat. You would hate to put new parts in it, and push junk into them as well. When you take the fuel filter off, put the fuel line in a small container, turn the key on, and off, sample the fuel for contaminants before you put on the new filter, then work your way forward...

Your almost there buddy!!!!

The injectors sit on top of the engine and catch all kinds of garbage....The tips live in the most hostile enviroment you can imagine. They are gonna look like crap, can't be helped.

Make sure you got all the little rubber tips when you pulled them. Look in the holes and dig them out if you have too. You should replace the O-Rings now that you have pulled them as well.

The truck has sat for 2 years, I dont have a fuel pressure tester, they would not let me rent one. We tested it the redneck way, grounded the plugs you guys were talking about(under the hood) and made the fuel pump run all the time and pushed on the valve on the fuel rail. It sprayed the hood with fuel. I know thats not the safe way to check it but seems to me like it has plenty of pressure. When we pulled the rail and injectors, it looked like the top of the injector had rust in them.

You could have too much pressure. A fuel pressure gauge costs what? $20? Ever tool box should have one.

The truck sat for 2 years, and you drained the fuel tank and put fresh gas in it......didn't you? If you didn't you need too. Don't just top it up either.....pump it dry. Old gas is nasty stuff.

Don't worry about what the outside of the injectors look like. It is whats inside that counts.
