dp tuner chip
well have had great succes to my truck with help from dp tuner. got the program within 3 days of ordering it. only problem they were supposed to add the brake adding program for when i tow my 24 ft trailer. me and jodys wife were talking about the programs that can be added and she forgot the main reason i chose dp tuner was for the so called jake brake. she was going to add it with no charge. she seems to be a sweethart. hopefully everything goes as well with a mistake that was made. i have my baby being delivered tommorow and cant deal with stress right now. having no job and a new baby on the way is enough stress for me as it is. if the wife finds out how much i spent on the f5 chip she will cut my ***** off.

You have nothing to worry about with the DP, Jody and Diane will take care of you and get some rest for your bundle of joy you'll be meeting for the first time tomorrow. Defintly don't tell your wife about the DP while she's in labor, you'll loose them right there.

I remember our conversation. I printed your order and handed it to Jody with a hand written note to add the decel. To avoid canceling the order and starting all over I decided to just give you the tune as a test tune. For some reason when Jody downloaded and printed out the orders he forgot about what I had put on his desk the day before. I apologize I should have double checked it also.
Please send it back and I'll reimburse you for you shipping back to us.

Call was made yesterday and message left. We are at the hospital right now so need to be short. I will be calling again on Monday need to go tell the guys at thwe fire house anyway. I love schedualed c sections.

Gotta love the top quality customer service from DP!!! Man oh man.... I SOOOO want to make a trip down the coast, stop at BTS, get a little live tuning.... gotta get a job first though!!

ok back from hospital , baby is with me. and like i thought dp took care of me with no hesitation. thanks to them and members on fte for saying they were the way to go. now as soon as the chip comes back it will be getting put in
