Hard starts

I have 2001 diesel with cold start problem. Changed glow plugs harnes relay.when pluged in starts good but has miss till you drive it and floorit then it runs good.

your in the wrong 7.3 forum 1978 this is for idi diesels not powerstroke

Are you letting it get up to full operating temp? They will be sluggish until then when theyre cold.
