Trailer Battery Charge Relay

Trailer Battery Charge Relay
I have the relay for the 12v, #4 pin on the 7 pin connector but when I tried to put it in the box under the hood I didn't have an open spot. The manual says that it is relay 39 Trailer Tow Battery Charge Relay. I don't even have a spot for relay 39? Anyone else have this problem or is it an early 99 thing? <!-- / message --> <!-- sig --> __________________

If your relays are in, it should turn on with key on. Do you know what your relays you have that are already installed are for? I remember looking this once before, and finding on my truck all available sockets were empty IIRC. I also cannot remember which wire gets 12v at the plug. Ill have to dig into this some more.

All the spots for relays are full, but there is no # 39 relay socket like the owners manual says there is.
