93 4.9l headers?

93 4.9l headers?
i got a 93 f150 4.9l 5spd 127,000miles 4x4
im looking at getting headers for my 4.9l and all i can find on summit racing for cheap are these

but the year these go up to is only 89. could this work for my 93? other weise i would have to go with these for like 400 http://www.summitracing.com/parts/HO...n/?prefilter=1
and i dont want to spend this much. and also what cat should i go with. and if i put a high flow cat. on would i loose the low end torque?
