Which Exhaust?

I know this is probably a question that has been beaten to death, but I'm gonna ask anyway!
What single side turbo back exhaust do you recommend for the 6.0?

I dont know if I'd recommend it, but my 04 has the magna flow 4" with no cat. It sounds really good. However maybe the exhaust temp is too high? I read that Banks is like half the temp.

With the K&N and Exhaust (and tuner) it hauls ***, and doesnt sound like a diesel under WOT, sounds like a freaking jet airplane.....

almost all the 4" turbo backs are just as good, pick the brand or price you like. the stock system is stainless so if you buy an aluminized system your upgrading the size but downgrading the quality. (kinda matters if you live in a place that they salt the roads, if you run super high EGT's, or want it to last as long as the truck will).

MBRP, Magnaflow, or Banks are the three I'd recommend for fit finish and quality. I run the Magnaflow 3.5"x4" w/5" tip straight piped. Nice whistle at idle with a deep throaty growl when you hammer it. Not loud on the road either, but I do have a CC truck.

I recommend MBRP. They have kits that retain the cat or "off-road" kits that will delete it. They also come in 3 different materials depending on your budget. MBRP kits fit, look, and sound great. You cant go wrong with them.

I installed the Magnaflow 4" turbo back, cat delete.

Nice kit...very complete...easy install.

Dont get a kit with a 3.5" downpipe...waste of money to put a 4" exhaust on with a 3.5" downpipe...the smallest diameter in the system will determine flow...IMO.

Actually, we have not seen any gains going with the 4" down-pipe over 3.5" on the 6.0L. Quite a few trucks have fitment issues with 4" as well.

Actually unless you're running a HUGE turbo then it's a waste of money to install a 4" downpipe, not to mention a PITA. I've been running a 3.5" downpipe with no problems and 500 rwhp as a daily driver.
