I just installed my 320/200 injectors and my airdog II and DI intank kit. when the fuel level is at 1/4 tank or below when i get into it (even in my tow/eco setting) fuel pressure is dropping. It never did this before. is this because of the very large injectors and demand for fuel the airdog is trying to supply it with or is it that i did somthing wrong when installing the intank kit?
I used DI's kit and went and bought a union and some brake line and made me a return like itp does to move fuel far away from pickup. the only part of the directions i didnt foillow was putting the screen back on the pickup, the truck is and 03 and been ran outa fuel atleast 3 times since i owned it and the screen was crystal clear, so if it hasnt gotten dirty by now it wont.
I may be outdated/uninformed on this but I was pretty sure that on most fass and air dog systems, fass especially, that you aren't really supposed to go below a 1/4 tank of fuel..
