Door Panel Question
I just stumbled upon this forum while looking for door panels for my 78 f-100 and I must say I am impressed with the amount of enthusiasts here. Well my question is: is there any place I can get lariat door panels to fit my truck? I am looking for the jade green ones in particular and they seem to be very elusive. Any help would be very appriciated

Other than used no. You are going to have a hard time finding Lariat panels to begin with but Jade green is going to be even harder. Is that stepside a Lariat or are you converting it to a Lariat?

Buddy of mine and I were having the same discussion. I asked him whether or not he had ever seen Orange interior parts? He replied "I have heard of them but never have seen any", so I went on to describe what I had found. I never knew that color even did exist, but it does.
Anyway, in a thread about a Lariat Cab that was for sale, those door panels, the green and white ones were in this cab. As the cab discussion grew, one feller stated that back where he was, he had nothing but green. Most salvage yards were filled with trucks that had green interior.
Perhaps you could look up this thread and see who may have stated that and work out a deal. I mean if they could be found, I'm sure a fellow FTE member would be happy to work something out, and you would be able to find your door panels.

Oh yeah, good luck finding a headliner. I like those little buttons in the middle, but terribly difficult for me to find.

My advice to you is to buy the regular panels from LMC or dennis carpenter and then take them to a upholstery so they can make the part thats made out of vinyl, In my case I painted the panels two toned and I found the aluminium trims in a junk yard, here's a link with some pics.

Yeah I thought about painting some LMC panels and doing some custom upholstery but I thought finding the right color paint would be difficult as well. I'm not worried about a headliner, I'm really happy with the one I have; its an ivory color and would match the ivory colored inserts in the lariat door panels perfectly. And those door panels you made came out really nice
