Egt?

I was woundering about my egt temp? When driving to work on flat ground and small hills it is between 550 and 800. When i pass a car or truck i can see as high as 1400! I have a edge tuner on the tow setting with a 5in mbrp pipe installed. on the stock setting it can go as high as 1300! This is my first PSD and i dont want to be paranoide to get on it. You guys also helped my figure out my boost problems so i thought i would ask you guys about this. Thanks for any help.

You are fine in short bursts to go past 1200... but it also sounds like you may have a boost leak or a up-pipe leak... I am not sure if the edge just runs a little hotter too...
