my original tailgate had a plastic molded shield on the inside of the tailgate where the removeable service panel is. where can i get a new one? mine is all beat up and the screw holes are getting larger then the screws.

its a big black plastic cover for the tailgate when its opened so it doesn't get scratched and messed up
