water pump

i have a 96 f-150 5.0, in the water pump do any of the bolts need thread sealant. want to know before i place it together.

??? You can put a little black rtv on the threads, it wont hurt anything. If any of the bolts came out rusted, do those, You might also chase the threads with a tap... Clean the bolts with a die...
