Well my question is what size wheels would I need to fit these hubcaps that I already have?
I did buy 5 wheels from a junkyard that they will fit on. But I am not quite sure if the wheels will work to well on my truck. They are bent slightly.
Another question is should the rims fit tight up against the hub?
Because these rims that I bought are about an inch bigger than my hub. These wheels I bought originally came off of a 46-48 F1. They are I think 16" 5's with a 51/2" bolt pattern.
Sorry thats the best picture I have at the moment.
Those are correct for 57-60,though without measurements,it's impossible to say whether they are for an F100(likely),or F250/350 which are larger in both depth and diameter .At any rate, both require wheels having the mounting nubs/tabs/****-whatever you want to call the-on the inside of the center raised part of the wheel. The ones for F250/350 will be 16",I believe, while the ones for the F100 should be 15".Optional wheel sizes were available for all models. The person to ask is,of course,NumberDummy. If the wheel covers are the larger ones, and you don't need them,I'm always looking for spares.P.M. me.Steve..
