Speedo Symptoms??
Hey all,
'99 PSD, 6 spd, 235K
My speedo over the course of a couple months has started working later and later. I.E, when this first started, it would not register anything until 15 MPH, then 25, etc. Now it does not work at all until 60 or so.
I pulled the sensor at the pumpkin, cleaned it and reinstalled, but nothing. I could only run it up to about 20MPH in the alley at work. My ABS light is on too, but I dont really care about that.
For the symptoms showing, replacing the sensor sound right? I realize it could be a couple things, but most of the other stuff I have quickly searched showed readings when the truck is off.

Kinda of a moot point now anyways, the only NAPA in our district doesnt have it, will pick it up Tuesday.
Two ABS sensors are 130ish apiece, and are left and right. I assume one of those is turning on my ABS light, no big deal.
One was around 15, and is the one on the diff. NAPA called all of them ABS sensors, left, right, and differential. Is the diff the one you are talking about?
