AC fan blows

Hello, new to your forum. I have a 99 F-150 and last week I drove the truck without any problems, yesterday I got in the truck and found the battery completely dead. I jumped it and it started right up and then when I cut it off I noticed the AC fan was running with the key turned off, I also noticed a clicking noise under the hood, that sounds like a relay, I traced the clicking noise to a module that is sitting on top of what looks like a small box with brake lines running in and out of it. With the battery hooked back up the clinking comes back, and when you open the drivers side door a realy in the fuse panel goes crazy. Does anyone have any ideas as to what could be causing this, and if it is that module , what is the part number and how hard is it to replace?
Thanks,
Lile

did it rain in your area over night .you could have the dreded weindshield leak that causes your fues box to fill up with watter and cause cross voltage to other components, caused by corrosion inside the fuse box.this causes things like your blower motor to run and radio to stay on without your key being on.very common problem.
