Temp sensor location
Hello y'all,
I have a friend that just bought a 2000 Explorer.
It has a damaged? temperature sensor that is for the interior readout. (The one on the headliner)
I have searched in my book and in this forum but have not been able to find its' location on the vehicle.
Does someone know where it is?

The EVTM for my 97 shows that it's 2 wires (dark blue/yellow stripe & dark blue/white stripe.)
It's slightly inboard from the drivers side headlight. Wish I could post a picture.
Your 2000 is probably the same
