Look at this website it is all about dana 60's.

It will help you determine if you have a dana60 in the front.
If you don't It should be a dana 50. I am pretty sure the 350 late '99's had dana 60 but I could be wrong.
Your rear will be a sterling 10.25 or is it 10.50?
They are pretty much the same rear as far as I know. I know the 250's are 10.25.
