I have a 2003 F250 cc / diesel. Just had a local garage put a ProComp 2.5 leveling kit on my truck and ordered my tires and wheels. The front of the truck now is visually higher than the rear and from the research I have done on here, is it true all I need to do is put a set of F350 blocks on the rear to " level " it out ( and will the new pro comp rear shocks still work ) Also is the track bar relocation bracket required on this year truck ? Thanks in advance for all your help

I just put a leveling kit on my '04 f-350 at first the front was higher than the rear but it took about two weeks for the springs to settle and now it is level so I would wait and for the track bar I researched before I bought it and rough country said any truck after the build date of late '99 will need a longer track bar so I would think you would need a bracket
Yes, the F350 rear block is a popular method when doing the 2.5" leveling kit. Make sure you purchase the correct block. The long beds have the tapered block. Also make sure you purchase new u-bolts.
You should also shim the carrier bearing to help return the rake to the truck. The trackbar drop bracket or adj trackbar (the bracket is a bit cheaper) is also a good idea. Some will say you don't need one but it is recommended at 2.5" and up and will bring you back to or near stock.
Do you have some pictures before and after? I have a 2000 F350 4x4 and would like to raise the front a little, it just seems like it's too low in the front of too high in the back. I don't think I want the truck to be level when empty maybe slightly down in the front. I tow often and don't want the rear lower then the front. Any suggestions? What about a two inch shackle.
