irratic idle

so i have a irratic idle with my efi 5.0, i was windering if anybody else had this problem and what the solution was to fix it, i ran a diagnostics on it and the only thing that came up was a throttle sensor ground circet

I would fix that, and then does that one have an IAC? If it does, try cleaning that out. I did that on Bronco I had and it helped smooth things out.

Try the ETC sensor. After so long, they goof up and through off the idle.
