Hint, went through this last year. If you have the CC all power to PS front and DS/PS rear goes through the DS (master switch) first. So if that is flaky, like mine the others won't work. I guess it makes sense because that is the door opened most often and gets wet from the rain.
If you tear that master switch apart it has little tiny, tiny, tiny contacts that are impossible to repair or clean, I tried. Mine were all green from corrosion. Long story short I searched the internet forever and the only replacement was from a guy in California that pulled one from a junk yard and wanted $44 with no warranty.
Did the unthinkable and called local Ford dealer and got a NEW replacement DS master and I think it was $57.

Thanks for that info Hussler... havn't even looked into that switch yet. The DS front switch will operate the two front windows on mine but not the rear. They don't work at all...

I agree with hussler, the rears are powered through the front switch, even shows it in the schematics above.
Since the rears are working I'll bet the DS switch is the culprit.
