94 150 Core support, Bolt In?

I have a 94 f150 and i've noticed that the core support that evreything mounts to is pretty well roughted out where it mounts to the frame. Is this piece welded to everything around it or does everything bolt to it? and are there other places where it is bolted to or are my fenders and everything pretty much just sitting on the frame? If it is all bolted in I would feel better about replacing it then having to get someone to weld it in, and it would be a lot cheaper too, and we all like that. Thanks in advance to all.

Everything is bolted up. Just swap it out. I'm doing mine soon. It's just a time-consuming process.

Additionally, do a search...this issue has been mentioned several times.

Where is the best place to get one? I bet the ones from LMC etc don't fit as well as Ford ones do. Mine has some rust on the bottom. One of my future projects is going to be to replace it.

I have some JAP POS in one of my trucks and it fits fine. There is A LOT of adjustment points so you can make minor tweaks

I haven't actually really looked for a replacement part for mine yet. I just thought I would see what others experiences have been with replacement parts.

I had considered the salvage yard route because it would be a Ford part. I haven't looked at rock auto to see what they have.
