Heater Core

Once AGAIN, this forum has saved me money (almost a thousand bucks to be more specific!)

Let me just say THANK YOU DON (whoever you are!) for the instructions on doing the heater core in my truck...It took me 12 hours over this past weekend. Works perfectly, everything went very smoothly and I couldn't have done it without the extra little added tips. Lost one bolt, had three left...(there ARE LIKE 147 bolts by the way...) no rattles, nothing. And man, the heat works awesome!!!!

Just a side note, I'm a chick, and all the guys at work were very...what's the word....skeptical...that I could do it. But thanks to those instructions, I did it myself! I'm very proud!!!

You should be proud...especially being a "chick" and all.
What do the guys at work say now?

That's great, I did the same thing with mine and it took my wife and I about 8 hours. We need to replace the blend door, and did the heater core at the same time. BIG Congrats to you!.
