one should be a vent (you should use it),
one will be a return line (most of these were fuel injection).

doubt that the stock sender will work with your gauge. chevy and ford used different signal ranges.

sorry, personally don't know which tube is which

on the gauge, there are different choices, at different levels of complexity and cost.

net, the gauge and sender must match relative to the ohm range for empty to full.
depends on what you are trying to do. cheapest is get a sender that matches your gauge, and figure out how to get that working in the tank. (I cut a new hole in the top of my tank to use the aftermarket gauge, instead of the stock one).
Some have had the gauge redone to match the sender (not cheap, but accurate fit, look, etc).

what engine you gonna run? the Fuel pump in the tank is for EFI, about 45psi..

carbed engines take 4-7psi.. I don't know if the pump can handle running with that low of pressure, you will definitely need a pressure regulator regardless

sorry, can't help more on the gauges. there should be gauges available for that ohm range.. (I don't know what that is, 0-30 or 240-30) what year was the silverado?

ok, you will probably have to leave the in tank pump installed, as these contain the fuel pickup tube as well.

I'd research the fuel sender ohm rating.. I saw both 0-30 and 240-33 when I google searched a few mins ago.. then decide on gauges from there
