Yes I Am New Here,
Problem is: I was checking for shorts in the wiring to remove the 2.6 volt current on the rear tail lights, thinking it was caused by a crossed wire? I was near the engine fuse box testing the connectors for voltage and must have touched two pins inside a plug at one time. I blow a fuse and got one relay to cycle constantly. I tested for and found a blown fuse, which I replaced. NOW when I shut off the ignition I can not stop the truck with out having to PULL a fuse out?
Any help???
Frank
