Ignition Problem

Hi I have a 1977 f350 ford pickup truck. When you turn the ignition switch on (doesnt even have to be to start) and it automatically turns the starter. The only way that i can get it to shut off is to unhook the battery, I have changed the ignition switch and the starter selonoid and it does the same thing. Any suggestions on what i could try to get it fixes?

I dont know was wrong but my 73 did the samething i had to wire up an a momentary on switch in

What is that and where would i find something like that?

its a toggle switch that is off until u flip it up and then you release it its off it act like the starter switch when you use your key in the ignition. autozone or any part store will have one
