LED stop/tail lights

I installed a set of Retro-Solution LED Brake/tail bulbs in my '05 SD. They blink at twice the speed of sound! Any ideas?

In the installation instructions they SHOULD have told you what to do about that.....LEDS take way less current than standard lamps so usually you have to install a current limiting resister in series with the power line to lights. Usually (with a reputable supplier), the circuit for this is already installed in the new lamp fixture.

There were no installation instructions. They're just a plug in bulb.

Just go down to your local parts store and get an "Electronic" flasher to replace your stock flasher. Then they will flash at normal speed.

I believe it uses an EP-27 Electronic flasher.
