Well, the season is here. We have about half of our canola swathed - it looks very good, given the dry start and the cool summer. Another week without frost should have us out of the woods for the most part... some crops in our area will need another two or three weeks though.
We have been busy - built 3 miles of 4 wire barb fence and 3 miles of permanent 2 wire electric fence, did new siding on house and garage, got all the hay baled, had to inject some bales with NH3 that were getting warm, did lots of equipment maintenance/repair for the harvest season, etc etc etc
Sofar we got 2 down swathers. One needs a starter (for a Belarus motor) and the other when you try to start it the drive wheels turn, thus also will not start. The combine has clutch issues. But we really dont got anything ready crop wise either.
