Im having the smae problem, but my brake controller lights up. If i run a ground wire from my truck frame to my trailer frame then i get lights. Otherwise there not working. Im at the point of bringing it to a pro.

but you have the solution..
where ever the ground lead is on trailer or truck is bad.
truck frame ground to connector, from connector to trailer frame
I hope that means the brakes actually work, and not just the illumination of the controller. Anyway, you have eliminated the ground as the problem, and that was the point of my question.
It seems unlikely that all the fuses for lights would fail at once, but it is possible if there is damage to the harness or even if too much water intruded into the connector.
I see these fuses in your manual:
#5
#34
#42
#44
#63
and relays:
#20
#21
#22
#55
#56
All of those will be found in the power distribution box under the hood.
On my F150 there were both individual circuit fuses and a master fuse..
when I put the license plate on the used trailer, it pinched the wires, and poof, blew the master fuse.. course it is in the footwell, and its SO easy to crawl on the floor from outside to look at the fusebox.. uck.. NO customer usage understanding..
just like the panel in the engine bay.. the drawings are one way, but the unit is 180 degrees turned..
