Another option is to use an after market cross member, that allows the use of the passenger car side mounts. (I didn't buy one I made my own). A easy drill four holes, bolt in. I've had mine in the truck since 1975 and have used a Y block, 390FE and then back to the 223 all with passenger oil pans. Then you'll only need the truck bell housing.
