Trans shifts hard
97 f250 7.3 My check engine light came on today and is still on. Occasionally the engine would idle rough, not always, and tonight the trans shifts hard in every gear.
I looked at the trans forum and ope post identifyed a burned out tail light as a potential problem. As it goes I do have a tail light out and will check this a a resolve but if any other suggestions are out there they would be most helpfull.
