What is this part?

I found this leaking fuel today in my 88 F250, it's located on the drivers side frame rail behind the fuel filter and fuel pump. It has four fuel lines that run into it from the back and two that run out the otherside to the fuel pump and filter. I thought it was some type of regulator for the dual tanks, but there are no electronics connected to it...

As you can see the top two male ends that connect to the fuel lines have been sheered off. It has the Ford logo on it.. all I'm sure is it's probably pricey to replace, any help is appreciated!

It's the fuel selector valve. Switching is done by pressure from the in-tank fuel pumps. If you scroll down the main page to the fuel injection section, there's a thread with the part number in it for what you need to order.
