Suggestions for a Steering Damper Setup

95 F150, 4WD with single front shock setup. Stock tire size but there is some bump-steer I'd like to get rid of. I'm looking for a single damper setup. All of the auto parts sites I've been going to say that I have to have the bottom mount for the Twin Front Shock option to mount the stabilizer kit. Do I have that mount even If I only have the single shock setup? If so, is there a preferred setup? Part numbers would be nice, but any info you have would be welcome.

If you have 4 or more inches of lift and run the stock pitman arm then yea you suffer some bump steer.

Installing the correct drop pitman arm is the correct way to eliminate bump steer, not installing a stabilizer, or more stabilizers.

Steering stabilizers aid in keeping very large tires in check, with smaller tires or stock sized tires they only serve to mask steering issues not correct for them. IE worn parts, tie rod ends, ball joints and or pivot bushings.
Correcting any of those type conditions would eliminate the need for a stabilizer.

Find out where to get the mount and install it yourself.

So I should find out which of the five parts you mentioned is worn out and replace it? That sounds remarkably like sense to me. (This is the first domestic vehicle I've ever owned and I must say its a foreign world to me.) I'm not really familiar with conventional steering systems. That said I'd like the thing to handle and steer correctly.
