Lower back end

My 2002 F250 SD sits a little too high in the back for me, it makes my 5th wheel trailer ride front high. Are there any shorter blocks I can get to put on the rear axle to lower the back end 1 maybe 2 inches. Also would I have to change the rear shocks.
