I couldn't imagine such a thing.

Yeah 17 years is a bit long, but what can I say - I was young and got silly.
Thanks for the welcome and look forward to exploring the site further when I get some time this weekend.

Howdy David welcome back, are you going to be able to make the FTE
G2G (get together) in Oct?
Just a meeting of FTE friends and a little BBQ, it will be # 1 or 2 or 3 for some of us. Just a social event to eat some grub, talk/show our trucks, hang out.
Welcome back to FTE and the Mo chapter forum. Rich

I've got it written down on my calendar of to-dos as long as something major doesn't come up.
The van's not gonna win any beauty contests, but I'll try to shine it up a bit before the gtg.

Slick van, you will win the max capacity award. No worries about a clean rig, I will drive what ever has gas in it and what will start.
Might even tow my mud rig there, so we can soak up some OPEN headers, gotta love it. And yes it will be dirty!

Nope - that's my oldest boy.
I haven't looked that young in a long time.
Kids are great - no matter what car I drive it's always "cool". They were/are far more excited about the van than the wife was/is.

We all know what parents say about a guy that drives a van, "My daughter is not going on a date with that guy, cause thats a motel on wheels". LMAO

I suppose that may be the reason why no girl would be caught within 50 feet of my 76 VW van when I was in college. Silly me thought it was the canary yellow paint job, ever present cloud of blue smoke, and a sarcastic as heck driver.

I had a 69 flat front Ford van once upon a time...while I was in high school.
