Hello every one.
On the 01 X the brake light came on the other day. It seems that it will go out for a second then come right back and stay on. I thought it was the parking brake switch so I grounded the wire but it did not fit it. Any ideas
Thanks
Nick
First off I can't believe nobody else has responded, but back to the issue. I would check the brake fluid level (I am not sure on the PSD's but some cars will activate the light on low fluid level), check the wire for continuity to make sure there is not a break in it somewhere, check fuses, and then maybe if you have not found it try swapping out a switch from one of your other vehicles as you got several to choose from. Let me know what you find, based on what I read on here you are not afraid to get dirty and I am sure you will find it.
Good Luck.
P.S. If you find your self driving east from the bay sometime, put out a shout and stop by.
