I have oil leaking from the rear of the engine and it looks like it's coming from up top? Any ideas, I've read on other sites it could be the ICP sensor but I'm looking for other input before I try and tackle that monster.

Thanks,

Hey Turtle,

Welcome abaord. It could very well be that. Your best bet would be to degrease the area, drive it for a bit and recheck. Also what year is the truck, and have you had any recent work done to it. There were some that had some bed plate leaks which were a little hard to identify sometimes. If you could also post a link to a picture that would help.

Again Welcome Aboard we are here to help.

Sarge261,
Sorry about that but it's an 03 F250 6.0L w/ 113,000 miles on her. I just recently changed the horizontal fuel control, crankshaft position sensor and the exhaust backpressure sensor. I noticed spots in my driveway a couple of days ago. I intially thought it was my tranny leaking because of the wet spots. but then I crawled underneath while the truck was running a could see oil running down from up top....at the rear of the engine...
