EXTRA AIR FILTER???
HI i have a 92 f150 xlt larite v8 302 104000 miles on it and i just did a tune up an di replaced my air filter i replaced the main filter then under it theres a about 4 by 2in yellow air filter under it (still in the same compartment) but i cant find that in the store so i can replace it!! anyone know what it is or what i have to ask for at pep boys??? thanks!

EXTRA AIR FILTER???
Hey guys that little filter is known as a "breather element" it traps fumes and dirt that comes from the crankcase ventilation system. And yes it is a good idea to change it regularily. If you ever have a bad PCV valve this little filter will be full of oil.
