Yes, I downloaded the software to load the drivers, and then the program that reads the tuner, and it reads the tuner just fine. Just can't figure out how to add a trial tune.
I'm in the same boat as you. Just got my F-6 on Friday and am having a ball with it. I did get the 80e and it kicks butt. I wanted to try out some of the other tunes as well. From looking at the DP web site, I know that when you log in, there is an option on the top of the page that says My Tunes. I suspect that we will download tunes from here, and then load them into the software on the computer. I think that since we are "new" users, perhaps that part of our account must be set up on their end first. I will be following your thread to find out.
Loaging a trial is the same as loading a regular tune. When you register on our customer support forum there is a video instruction in the f6 section that gives step by step instructions on how to set up the software.
Make sure if you have more than one trial tune you load only one at a time to try them out.
