I agree with Dan. Also, where do you live? One of the southern hot states? Down here in Texas, batteries never last for their warranty. The heat here is too brutal on them.
Oh Yea! Replace those batteries, by keeping those old batteries on there you're stressing your alternator more then it should be. Chances are your alternator is charging them more then it should be since they are unable to hold a charge as they should.
Don't be surprised if you have a charging issue in the next few years. I know as soon as I have a chance I'm getting new batteries, I have no idea how old my batteries are, they came with the truck.
I bought a pair one time and one went bad within a year. Got it replaced free. Then I knew in the back of my mind I had a new one and an old one.
I agree though replace both at the same time.
