Hi gents,
Has any of you been able to get the stumble out of an fe? I think you know the wiggle foot operation of the accelerator known to alot of fe drivers. I've worked on timming, accel. pump settings, jets to richen a bit, new power valve, better octane, carb kit, float setting, ect......
It's a solid 360 good comp. new plugs wires cap ect. After the small stumble it pulls hard and strong, just don't like the initial jump. Oh and the streams are abt an 1/8 th inch and strong which is why I'm at a loss.
Thanks
Joe
I had a stumble, I went to bigger main jets. I think she was a little to lean by the looks of the plugs. I have a set of hookers hung on her, may have contributed to the lean side stumble, cause now she has stopped the lean pop and accelerates just fine.
