Hey crazedfox I thought ryan was setting this up for the 19th of this month? Least that is what I was planning on.

 

I went back to page one of this thread and Ryan did say sept. 19. I guess John and I missunderstood what you meant by "I can be there in 1/2 hour", sorry bout that. I sure hope the 19th is still on.

I compleatly forgot the when.

This is why one should leave the planning to people whom do it well.

 

OK. The original plan was, and still is at this point, to meet at Jacobson Park on Sept 19th. What I was proposing earlier was that it appeared that the only ones planning on attending were crazedfox, Buck, Ryan, and myself. Since it appeared the this was going to be it, that perhaps we move it to a more central location for us. Turner has chimed in, and this is his idea, I'd say we're still meeting at Jacobson park in Lexington. I apologize for the confusion. Hopefully a few others will be able to make it as well. I know chris64 lives in Williamstown was planning on attending, but haven't heard from him lately. I know there is Bill in Lexington, Bigcat350 in Bowling Green, and 2strokeman in Somerset that I would like to see there too.

 

If i am the only one to show up at jacobson then you guys stay close to the north ill meet up with yall sometime but if more people are coming jacobson works for me.

 

I am fine with jacobson park as well or the other idea lol. Crazedfox, I didn't mean anything by the post I was just confused for a moment as well lol. I took my kids to thier mom at 4 and came back to read all this and thought I had missed it! As a side note this is gonna be a busy month. We had the move my kids this week end the meet coming up the 19th then on the 20th I take my ccdw class, then my mom and dad are coming down from up by B.G. ohio the end of the month whew!

 

same thing Buck. I got back to seeing this and I had to go and read what was posted earlier to make sure I didn't post the wrong date.

turner I have no trouble coming to Jacobson park if that means we get to meet another member or 2 -3 more at that. I would like to meet as many kentucky members as I can.

Crazedfox, don't worry about it, water under the bridge. It actually makes me get a nice fuzzy feeling to see a member getting worked up over us having a meet. Do this for as long as I have and you would understand the frustration of trying to plan a meet.

Ok we have three from Nky coming down one from trimball county? 1-2 from close to Lex. this is starting to sound like we might have a meet!!!!

__now that I'm cleared of the fog of this...um...well you get it.

Yeah, I'll be working on getting another truck.
If...I can do a job to earn it.
When I am able to finnish this automotive work for this person,
the payment will be another truck for the wife to complane about that I spend too much time on.

Anywho...with good efforts I will driving it there.

If it helps any for the norhtern meet idea, I know we have Grant county park here. It is on US25 in Crittenden. It may be closer for some of the guys further south than Carrolton. Any where is fine wuth me we just need to decide and set it. If any of you guys know of any members that don't get on here often but might like to come pm them.
