Iam going to install new edelbrock carb this weekend. Do these carbs require a lot of adjustment out of the box or are they ready to go. thanks for the info.
Please read my previous post on "adjusting an Edelbrock Carburetor", I beleive they are the easiest to adjust, if you acutally need to. I don't think that you'll actually need to adjust this beast, just hook it up and go! If you will need fine-tuning, then it won't make too much of a difference, and you'll experience better fuel milage and performance right out of the box, and be much happier with the conistant perormance it brings you! -TK

I don't know much about carbs, and thats why I just put on a 750 edlbrock on my 460. Bolted it on and started it! I just had to lean out the idle mixture a tad, but that's easy. I couldn't be happier.
Just pay the extra 15.00 and get the correct throttle and trans linkage kits. All of it bolts right up.
