swtiching to carburators
ok I am new to american cars, just got an 88 f150, and i dont like all those wires and crap so i want to swtich to a carburator... its a newbie question (i usually work on my digi1 Vw's but so again, this is new for me) but i am wondering what am i going to need to switch over (manifolds, and all that) and is it going to be worth it?

If you want to switch simply because you don’t like the wires, you’re better off just learning to like them. Yeah, you’d be changing far more than I think you’d want to get into – mechanically & electronically. And, if you’re in the USA, you might want to check your state’s pollution control laws before you do anything. IMHO
