question??
i have a 97 f-250 7.3 diesel 4x4 ...would an f-350 straight axle front end fit? Also i have a problem with it starting in the winter...starts fine if its plugged in for 2 hours...i changed the glow plugs 50k ago...glow plug relay works...only has white smoke under 25 degrees??? idk if any one else has had this problem?

Look at the grey banner across the top of the page and move your cursor on to Articles/Specs and click on List Articles then click on Axles and you will find a good writeup on doing the D60 swap to your truck.
As for the starting problem you probavbly have bad glow plugs or glow plug relay.
Also there is a great page here for the power stroke diesels. If you look on down the main forum page you will come to the diesel section.with the page for your engine.
