Help

86 302 motor, fuel injected, I used throttle body cleaner the other day because ever since owning the truck I would have to double foot it when coming to a light so it would not stall and I figured it might help. Can said to squirt in while engine not running, I thought I was smarter and squirted in ( ALOT ) while it was running and I was opening the throttle. Now it will often ( but not always ) surge while idling, up and down, up and down. What can I do, do I have a bad throttle position sensor and did I only make it worse?? Thats my guess but I am just pulling that out of my hat. Thanks for any help

Pull and clean the Idle Air Control Valve??? That's my best guess. Also, some of the electronics and cleaner don't play nicely together.
