Help with dealer service?
Hello
I took my 2008 F250 into my local dealer for an oil change and 15,000 service. The truck has 15,000 miles on it and we manly use it to tow our 5th wheel a few times each month. Since driving it off the lot new the truck has pulled to the left. We took it back to the dealer after a few hundred miles and they checked it and said that the tires needed air to balance it out, drove it for a while seamed to still pull to the left but not as bad. I just took the truck into the dealer for the service this last week and told them it pulled to the left, in fact I need to keep the wheel turned to the right a little to keep going strait, if I don't it will drift left. I told the service person this and when I picked up the truck he said they test drove it and found nothing. What wood my next step be on this, maybe contact a higher up person in Ford? I like this dealership but don't know why they won't agree with me.

Eric, I would either try another dealer, or try calling Ford customer service. There's nothing more frustrating than an incompetent dealership tech that cant duplicate a problem. Be polite, but remember the squeeky wheel will get the oil...
